Wow. I would have loved to have seen that. However, there seems to be a lack of info/photos of Bloxwich Spelter and the transport to/from it. I have a Freightmaster book from 2001 however, which shows a working between Bescot and Bloxwich.

Its sad really - it seems as if our freight industry is slowly being flushed down the toilet.

Found myself extremely interested in Bloxwich spelter. I know it came of the 'Cannock Chase Line', however i'm more interested in what type of workings went there, when the last one was e.t.c

Once a week, a service runs from the former Rossington Colliery (Rossington Loading Point) to Roxby Gullet. It seems to be cancelled every time it is supposed to run, though I think this might be to do with Rossington IPort. But my question is, did it ever run? Did anybody photograph it? Here...

I absolutely LOVE freight trains, their terminals and everything about them. Where would you say that the most busiest place for freight trains is? My guess is somewhere like Doncaster, Peterborough e.t.c, not sure if I am right though
