In not saying that I should've got through because I'm the best. I simply have an issue with no being given individual constructive feedback.

It's not frustrating, it's demoralising.

So how are you supposed to know where to improve or what exactly they were looking for etc? Would be nice to have some guidance.

Yeah I was told the same during my interview. The course for this recruiting run was initially planned for the end of Oct, however ATW have had to release personnel currently in the talent pool for this course. Everyone interviewed last week will be for the talent pools, no course planned for...

Apologies for the late reply, I had a 9hr round trip for my interview. Questions were mostly scenario based questions, nothing too left of field. Good luck to everyone else with their interviews this week.

I've been invited to attend an interview at Holyhead on the 22nd. Nerves beginning to set in now.

I was told the interview woukd last 15 mins, mine lasted for 50! Questions were typical tbh, just make sure you know the company, role, routes and are able to provide examples of experiences. Good luck all.

Afternoon all, Apologies is this has already been asked previously. With all of the major upgrading that NR are currently rolling out, is there any plans to electrify the Northern Wales routes?

I’ve got to go away for a few months the end of this year and can’t get out of it. Plus my notice duration in currently 12 months (officially)!
