Not necessarily - you could be re-watching videos you've taken yourself, for instance, and most streaming services have the option to download music so you can keep listening even without a signal.

Looks like that is indeed it. @pdeaves has sent me a link to Crown Banqueting's website, which includes photos of the garden. This is the bit I can't quite fathom either. If access is from the gate then it's also across some pretty rough ground - hardly suitable for wedding shoes.

A common feature of a lot of heritage railways does seem to be an excess of platform staff imperiously striding about in caps and waistcoats but not actually doing anything, while the sector at large complains about a lack of volunteers.

Large swathes of West Yorkshire seem to be suffering power cuts, presumably thanks to the same storm, and that can't be helping matters.
