    London still has separate branding ie London Underground, buses, overground and trams ... For Merseyside I think of the Trains as Merseyrail, and Mersey Travel as the whats now Combined authority/PTE. You did have MerseyBus ?

    Though services in to Cheshire (Warrington and Cheshire East Councils) are dire. Stagecoach for example cut back its 378 service Stockport to Wilmslow (withdrawing the section between Wilmslow and Grove Lane,which is just inside TFGM land

    Up until 29th August 2026 Arriva Midlands 64 Shrewsbury to Hanley ran via Newcastle Under Lyme Arriva North East serviced the other Newcastle (Upon Tyne)
