That's why I said "majority" because not all of them are on there.

This is the D1 timetable from 30th Jan. The majority of new timetables are on traveline with a few starting to appear on First Bus website.

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

I did the full Bath to Salisbury run on the D1 on Wednesday and there were 11 passengers onboard (including myself) on arrival in Salisbury on the 9.45 from Bath and 9 on departure from the New Canal stop dropping to 3 or 4 by Boreham Fields in Warminster. Apparently, Warminster - Salisbury...

The extra journeys on the 37 to cater for the schools consist of two morning journeys both leaving Hanham at 7.50 and terminating at Oldfield School and two return journeys leaving Oldfield School at 15.00. Surely it would make more sense to run one of those journeys in each direction to/from...

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

There should be some extra journeys on the 19 & 37 starting next werk to cater for the masses of children travelling to/from Oldfield School who last year had their own dedicated school routes. Pre-covid the 19 was rammed beyond standing room only on school mornings by the time the bus reached...

From what I've heard, these changes (except the 349) have been dictated by WECA. Apparently, operators were not allowed to suggest changes to the contracts up for tender and so if they won them, they had to run them exactly as WECA specified. This is apparently why the 17 is getting split...

By Filton, I mean Filton Sainsbury's. Yes, the 10 & 11 serve that route but the connection between Sainsbury's and Downend, Kingswood etc that was provided by the 19 was lost by the rerouting of it. It is not possible to get from Kingswood to Filton without changing buses.

First West of England (Bristol, Bath & The West)

The current service on the 18/19 works well. The only things that need improving are the reintroduction of the Saturday service on the 18 and possibly extending it from UWE to Bristol Parkway via Filton to reinstate the link to Filton which has been lost by rerouting the 19 via Harry Stoke and...

St Philips Marsh Open Day 2/05/16

According to realtime trains something is detached from the rear of 1C99 tonight at Bristol. Which then forms 0Z91 0303 Bristol TM - SPM. I'm thinking its 57604. --- old post above --- --- new post below --- Sat 30 April 0750 Edinburgh Craigentinny - Heaton (VTEC 43300 + VTEC TF 41190 + NMT...

Frequently Requested Diagrams Discussion & Updates

I understand that certain pieces of info in the railway world cannot be shared with the outside world. HST diagrams will be of use to me in the next couple of weeks but, right now I am focusing on the diagrams mainly for the Severn Beach Line. I only asked because I came across on RealTime...

Shame it wasn't on Cardiff - Taunton or Bristol Parkway - W-s-M services. But i did get 153325 on the 1610 WSM - BPW and 153333 on the 1710 WSM - BPW.
