Personally dont ask about progression onto other roles. someone asked while i was there and one of the woman said we are looking for you to stay in this role for at least 2 years as we spend so much money on training. Or if you do ask just make sure you say in a couple of years something like...

same to you mate. they said they have immediate jobs and jobs starting in April. Is around 5 months training.

Its all for which ever station you applied for no choice unfortunately. The group ex you have to look at northern what they do well and what they could improve. i was nervous at the start but they make it so relaxing for you.
