    Open BVE - Birmingham route

I always copy the new version over the old version. I may save the zip files for the previous 1 or 2 updates, but I have never had to go back. I rename the old files with the version number (such as openbve111) so I can keep up with what I have. Michelle has told us when to do a clean install, I...

Problems getting onto BVE Exchange forums

I have had trouble with RailUK for 2 or 3 days. I tried to make this post last night, but could not. I have had trouble at one time or another with every forum. I think that is the way the internet works, or sometimes doesn't work. Skydo

    Sandymill for openBVE Released

I had to follow multiple steps to get OpenBVE running, multiple steps to get BVE2 and BVE4 to run under vista, and a few steps to get Sandymill running. All the above had exact instructions that I could follow, and each worked correctly the first try. Are you planning to do a section of the L...

Does anybody know some HIGH QUALITY routes?

I agree with all the routes mentioned above. Also the Tseung Kwan O Line(Down) is a great route. And I like the way the cab lights up on the m-train_08CT when the reverser is moved. Skydo

    Help Please

I had the same problem at first. The installer put everything 1 folder to high. Look in your \program files\mackoy\bve4 and you should find the Tess Bay files. Copy everything 1 layer deeper into the proper folders, and it should work fine. Skydo

    Bve5

I use windows xp home sp3. it runs fine for me. I heard about it in mid-January, downloaded it immediately, so remembering what I did that many months ago is hopeless. Someone else will have to help you with the installation. I just know it is in "my documents" instead of a BVE folder. It uses...

    Bve5

You have to consider that is is a 0.2 beta. There were only 2 routes that I could find. A rollercoaster and a route with no scenery and no sound, but some neat hills. Right now, BVE2, BVE4, and OpenBVE are all much better, but it is just a peek at what Mackoy is working on. Maybe someday it...

    BVE4 troubles

I understand now. In the US, grammar schools (elementary, primary) are usually grades 1-5 (ages aprox 6-11) I guess we were having a language barrier. Any thoughts as to why our trains run backwards?

    BVE4 troubles

I just had a class 168 train on Jetsu south in OpenBVE 1.0.0 (a little far off route). The train slowed then stopped, out in the country, for no reason that I saw, and when I finally got it going again, it was in reverse, and there was nothing I could do to make it go forward again. I...
