On the group bourdon practice materials, there are 25 individual groups of dots on each line. Does anybody know if this is same as on the real assessment, or are there more or less. I have heard that they are likely to be larger

Northern guards at Man Vic are currently learning between Parkside Junction and Springs Branch to enable them to travel up to Wigan from the Chat Moss line. They are likely to have booked work from the December timetable change. This is probably link specific.
Services departing from Bank Quay require a dispatcher, and none are on duty at those times. There is also only one way in and out of thr station, and this is locked later on.

Anybody remember the self styled 'grumpy old man'? He was a Merseyrail guard based at Souhport and his announcements were legendary. There was even a Facebook page dedicated to his best quotes at one point. Not seem him for a few years now, so I'm assuming he's retired.
