Thank you jfollows,
Does the 'Grand Junction' start at Stechford. I know the Junctions at Aston could be set automatic either Grand Junction/grand junction or Stour/Stour, does this still apply?
Mike.
Hi all,
Stechford Station down main - Junction signal CB4125 route indicator 'G' for the branch what does this mean? The old route indicator had a a series of lamps indicating 'right'
Mike.
Not meant to be a criticism, but in the 50's the mess would have been sorted out in a couple of days and single line working established on the main in a few hours!!

Hi All,
Does anybody have a 'track plan' of the formation at the south end of the new station? What arrangements are there for banking freight trains up the incline? I understand that platforms 2 and 3 will be electrified and 1 and 4 will be for through traffic, if so what will be the speed...
Thank you SWT, I thought the two week shutdown was for both mods and wires up the incline.

Mike.

Hi, announcement on Midlands News BBC last night says the diversion is finished earlier than planned. Does this mean the incline is now wired and track modifications at Bromsgrove Station are now complete.
I am sure someone on here will know?
Mike.
Thank you all,
I notice from google earth aerial photographs one platform side at Bromsgrove is devoid of track, will this be added later?
There appears to be no 'up' line relief to stable heavy freight whilst awaiting a banker! Are freight trains banked up the incline these days...
When is the Barnt Green - Bromsgrove electrification to start? I understand the Lickey incline will be closed for two weeks, what is the diversion route for main line trains?
Mike
