Some weeks ago I noticed that trains running in to Liverpool Lime Street, mainly to platform 1, were being talked past Signal LL9073 at danger. This seems to have been happening continuously since then, and is still going on as I write. Do any insiders know what the problem is? Surely a "new"...

Sadly, you can take the railway out of Virgin, but you can't take Virgin's disdain for the passenger out of the railway.

The service on 07/12/25 was cancelled by the VSTP process at 06/12/25 13:06:30.

My database contains all the allocations since 17 October, and 777047 hasn't been used in that time. Presumably a second Christmas tree. I don't know where it is, though.

On my web site you can see the raw-ish data from TRUST including the time it was entered into the system. As people above have said, the signaller at Scarborough didn't enter the times until well after the train had gone. Go to the train and then press Display schedule in old format.

5Q00 was cancelled at Nuneaton at 10:24, and then reinstated at 10:37. It looks like RTT didn't process the reinstating.

Sadly, there is an easy solution to this problem, and that is to charge for the website. That would be the nuclear option and is not the way I want to go. I wonder if I could go half way and require users to register, and log in to use the site. Then I could count their usage and lock out...

The line between Ditton Junction and Warrington Arpley is still open and gets occasional use. My records show just five movements so far in June I think you need to consult Network Rail before commencing work!
