Well done maccabej04!!!
Could you shed some light on the assessment so that others may bennefit please???
I applied for a CSA post a while back now and I haven't heard anything but just in case any info would be good!!
Thanks.
I think the thing with this is RELEVANT as most of my school qualifications are not relevant I didn't put them down. The only one I put in was GCSE maths and that was taken over 20yrs ago. :D
I really wouldn't worry about it and good luck with the application.
Excuse me I am a lass not a lad!!!!
Anyway Scraped through the tests till I got to the reactions and took a nose dive.
So six more months of attacking Bopit!!!
Thanks for all the encouragement:D
"Still awaiting shortlisting" for me too.
So I am guessing that out of the 1000 or so applications that they still have to sift through, they still haven't got to mine yet.
No news is good news as they say..
Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear,
Firstly, I folded it to A5 and then posted it normal first class on the Thursday. Did arrive? Will it be accepted???(before the first sift).:?

Hi,
For those of you who paid loads a money for a recorded/special delivery you can check whether your letter has been received by going onto www.royal.com and entering your recorded/special delivery (it maybe on the receipt from the post office) number in the box under the track and trace...
No confirmation here either. Thanks for the advice about checking the junk folder!!!
If I ever want to enlarge my manhood (whatever that is!!!) I know where to go.......don't they know I'm female???
Hi
I don't know whether you have seen it already, but there is a fair bit of info about depot drivers on this thread
EMT are recruiting for depot drivers
I know its not your TOC but it might help with some of the questions you may have.
Interviews will take place in Derby week commencing 25th March 2013, with a planned start date of 22nd April 2013 when the 15 week training programme will commence, of which full attendance is compulsory.
Sometime between the 8th and the 25th. That's only 2 weeks of waiting!!!
Thanks so much for all your information and encouragement guys, I am definitely feeling more confident that I could do the job and it does sound like a great opportunity.
The app form has been printed out so its just a case of fill in the gaps and hope for the best!!
"Just one more thing"...
Thanks for all the replies guys.
So to summarise I need a full bodied space suit ( I always wanted to be an astronaut!!!), which should be provided and a whole lot of muscle which I don't have now but could be produced.
I guess once you get used to being covered in excrement then its all down...
Thanks for all your replies so far.
I would love to be a driver and as shedman said its a great way to get there. However, I am a female, so I am wondering if there are any females already working in this role and I need to know how tough it is. How filthy do you get and how much stength do you...
Hi,
East Midlands Trains are recruiting for trainee depot drivers!!
Just wondering if anyone has any experience/information of/about working for this TOC.
So far my small amount of experience with them hasn't been great. There is no way of phoning their HR team, so I emailed them...
