SCAAT test is definitely harder. I can vouch for this as I have done both.

You can have laser eye surgery. It depends on what type. Even as a driver you can.

Learn the SCAAT test. That's what Northern have for guards.

Medical will be very basic as it isn't a safety critical role.

I found the guards ones just as difficult to be honest. The only upside is they were shorter.
