You provide an example of what they're asking... Basic application really. You might think its hassle but I guarantee that you wont get an interview unless you bother.

In the experience I've had, you apply and then after a lengthy wait, the ball starts rolling with interviews and assessments. Good luck at the assessment, it was a paper based Group Bourdon for this role, not the grid of letters they will send to you for practising lol
