Well obviously, but that was not my point was it! my point was next year there is a very high chance that there will not be any vacancies as they have the franchise to worry about. Should they keep the franchise then in the future they will start recruiting again. :roll:

They are hard otherwise every one would pass them, I passed mine yesterday, the assessments very intense but not impossible, however the criteria based interview was very hard and it is what most fail on. What TOC are you talking about?

The Dot test is 2 min per sheet, the SCAAT test is 1 min per sheet, or so I have been told by many who have had the tests.
