Not sure if any upcoming apprentices are on here but having spoke to Ambertrack today I have been advised - Written offers are due out in the next 2 weeks with medical appointments to follow. Not sure why they're so far behind but don't panic if you don't have your formal offers yet!

I'm aware an apprentice gets a Level 3 in engineering but where does this bring them out after the apprenticeship? I assume it would be at operative level or above considering the 3 years training but wouldn't like to assume. Thanks

I've read most of the hands on work is done at night however I'm curious as to what is done in the day other than patrols. Does anyone also know how far they would travel from their depots for work, whether it be patrol or maintenance? Any other comments about the role would be great. My NR...
