Applying for another TOC whilst in a talent pool?

After some clarification please. Ok, I'm at present in a talent pool awaiting a Medical and then a trainee train driver training position etc. What is the situation if I apply for another job with a different TOC? I know the assessments we passed are all on a data base so they would be valid...
