Incorrect Station Announcement - Boarded Wrong Train

Hi, Yesterday i had a ticket for a train at 9.58am (darlington to edinburgh), which was delayed by 5-10mins. Another train pulled in and left approx 10am, and the station announcer then came on a few mins later and said "the next train to arrive on platform 4 is the 9.58 service to Edinburgh...
