Is it still possible for a gold card holder to purchase a Network Gold card for a friend or family member. I cant find anything online and can also find no mention of it in the Network Railcard leaflet it would be a shame if they have withdrawn this offer.

Why was there no public consultation when off-peak cash fares were withdrawn from 2nd January and also now unable to break journeys without having to pay twice.

Just bought an off-peak return for travel on Wednesday from Chatham Kent to Bromley South and was advised i can use it after 9am. I assumed it was after 10am but was told it was for any train scheduled to arrive in London after 10am. Is this correct, thanks in advance.
