    Is it worth it?

Hi folks, Just got my third rejection from a TOC for staff today. Third in three months from three separate TOCs. Is it worth continuing trying to find a job or really, am I just not worth it? :( How many times did it take people to finally get 'on board'? Constructive advice welcome.
