    Incident at New Barnet (12/08/2010)

    I went to catch an FCC train into London this afternoon (around 2ish) to be met by a police cordon, two police cars and several officers standing around. Couldn't get into the station so had to jump on a 383 to Oakleigh Park where a Moorgate service was waiting but on the London-bound fast...

    Train derailment in Switzerland. Kills 1, injures 40.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-10744282 I've been watching SF's pictures as they come into my workplace (I work for a news agency). Nasty accident involving a Glacier Express train. Two carriadges were completely on there side and one had significant damage from what I could see.
