PF on capped Oyster Card

Hi all, I recently travelled on First Capital Connect to London for the day. I then used my Oyster card on the tube. At the end of the day I travelled from West Hampstead Thameslink to St Pancras. When I tried to touch out, my card said 'seek assistance'. I showed the card to a member of...
