Ticket Not Collected From The Machine (Company paid)

Hi All I got delayed on the underground for my booked Grand Central Train from Kings Cross to Eaglescliffe so I had about 2 minutes to get on the train upon arrival and I also had a flat phone battery. Once on the train and charged I showed the lady my booking which showed the booking etc...
