Just wondering why the roads/tracks in a depot are sometimes titled as above. More into the travel side than the nerdy anorak stuff so forgive my ignorance on this.

Stage 1 - Fail in 2013
Stage 1 - OPC Pass in 2014 (but not to TOC 'enhanced level')
Stage 2 - Fail in 2016 (TOC in question accepted the Stage 1 pass from 2014)
Do I get another shot at Stage 2 dependent on...
I'm of an age now where coupled to how difficult it is to get into I've become semi-resigned to it never happening. I'm aware of the commitments of the role in terms of concentration, learning, shift work, weekend work, etc but it's overriding attraction is the sense of being outdoors and...

Going back a year or two here, but did anyone of these boards ever travel on this and what was it like? Finished in 1980.
Anyone remember a station on the Southern end of the Circle / District line that had a pub on the westbound platform? Ran by Truman I think. Just something I remember as a kid.
Also something a bit surreal, anyone recall graffiti just outside West Ruislip that said '' Latau Farm - Benny Ball...
Obviously practically anyone who wants to be a Driver finds this to be a harsh and draconian regulation as there are very few jobs out there which are similar in the sense of being outdoor based, relatively autonomous and well remunerated.
Does anyone find it at odds though with the supposed...
Just a curiosity prompted thread, I know LUL Drivers usually have years as Station Assistants before they can progress to driving.
However, anyone know what the tests are like, are they the same as TOC's?, would someone who lost both their lives still be eligible for Tube Driving?
