This article in International Rail Journal was interesting as it seems to me the scope and range of benefits assessed here for line openings is rather broader than what the UK Normally does. There is always a Rail Forums ding dong about crayons and fantasies regarding putting railways back...
This is straightforward enough, and passengers are always saying they want something cheap and simple. Something like this always puts ideological cats amongst the ideas pigeons, but it is making the railway accessible!! Discuss?? Over to you..............:)...
