There's a name for this.. it escapes me. You like get a swanky London address, pay £10 a month (or whatever) to be registered - it's a bit like a PO Box, there will be tens or even hundreds of other businesses registered there.

I think so, too. They seem to step forward and touch the train to regain balance. Could be a medical condition.
