319's are similar to 458s because their faces are slanted, however the 458's face "jutt's out" - as I explained before. Anyway. I saw a few of the 460's today, and must say, that all over "big Apple" livery is HORRID!

Excuse me, I WAS THERE!!! Driver just overshot, it was a mistake, he over-ran and had to slam the EB on leaving the front 3 cars off the platform. It took so long to sort it out because control had to be called etc. In the end the driver walked through the train, drove it back a bit...

Pff, 317's are just a bog standard BR EMU tbh... I'd say the exterior of the 460's... or maybe the slanted fronts of 319's... they're kid of similar to 458's, except for the fact that they dont "jut-out"...

With the meridians the guard can't open the doors until the driver gives him to power to do so via the SDO panel.

A fitter from MainTrain told me that the HST power car was used to power everything in train, and the 91 powered the movement.

After riding over it in both a Meridian and a HST cab, i'd say Trent Junction is a pretty good contender for worst junction... Just by looking at the tracks you can see that they "wobble"... there's a perminant "T"SR on it, with an AWS buzzer, I believe it's 50MPH for passenger trains.
