Nope, nothing rescued it, the service from Aylesbury went back up to Gerrards X to form a Oxford service, and then the affected units made their own way back up after being fixed

1Y41 (1511 Oxford-Marylebone) failed at Denham earlier this afternoon, and its been there for over an hour now, so i was wondering, what could be so wrong with the unit for it to block the line for so long?

It's a 168/3 that does that, it goes to Stratford u a, goes to Leamington and back, then heads down to Marylebone, while a 165 comes up from Marylebone at the same time

With Chiltern, units rarely get turned, they only do if they end up on a Marylebone - banbury via Oxford or the other way round

What doesn't make sense to me is that they still haven't brought back the hourly Banbury/Marylebone services, as they easily took the pressure off Birmingham services, which get very busy now with all the extra stops, with some stopping at Kings Sutton which really doesn't make sense.

009 (and 012) have ETS issues, and cant be used in passenger service, 009 is on regular DRS services i believe at the moment, and 012 is away somewhere for a exam
