Follow procedure and ring up in advance? Why should a wheelchair user ring up in advance. Next time you want to go and use the train, and everytime after that, could you ring up please 24 hours before?
Aah. See that is exactly the discrimination that I am trying to fight. You did not wander once if my disability was because of medical negligence or by accident. You immediately had the thought and image in your mind that it is god-made. Pure discrimination of the highest.
So a wheelchair user can not use the 20:36 train from to Piccadily to Guide Bridge? Where is that written so I can make sure not to travel around that time?

He tried putting the shorter ramp between the top of the first step and the second. And then the longer one on the second step to the floor. The first ramp was too steep hence getting down it would be dangerous.
