Similar to Billoo, Sim, Ray and a few others on here, I've got a pass already with enhanced scores. Failed my 1st attempt and passed second time. I've also not officially had anything from them yet myself, I also called them and was told I'd be hearing about interviews in due course.

Some companies do have driver managers who cannot drive, they just call them driver manager non-technical. I know a lady who was a manager at Stagecoach buses who is now a non-technical driver manager with a leading toc

There absolutely is definitely a pass mark and an enhanced pass mark. I believe enhanced is minimum of 16/18. No idea of a pass mark though.
