Noticed that what should be off peak trains being sold as anytime, and then jumps to super off peak. According to rst terms, that I could see, is that I should be able to buy off peak. I think off peak leaving from London is around 8.45 on emr.

A bit of a cheat answer, but the brighton mainline, from Coulsdon to Earlswood, splits into two geographically, skipping Coulsdon south, Merstham, Redhill and rejoining at Earlswood. Quarry line and redhill line

They (signallers) decided to keep it when those signs were being taken down from platforms. The signal box is for the two level crossings on the Caterham branch.
