Just to clarify, if you haven't read my earlier posts I took the visual online a few weeks ago for a different role, so have no need to take it again. They did however reply to me as soon as possible after I took that test.

My notification e-mail that I'd passed the visual online came on the monday morning, I did the test saturday afternoon.

Must admit they have been pretty much on the ball, when I didn't receive the e-mail for the Skipton job they checked back through their system and let me know that they had sent it, although at the time my daughter had been messing with my phone so she may have deleted the link ?? :roll::oops:

They told me after I passed the visual online first time that I wouldn't need to take it again if I applied for other roles. And I did e-mail recruitment and spoke to their website techs but the problem couldn't be resolved in time before the deadline had passed.
