Are internal job interviews (e.g. current signaller moving to another signaller role) similar to external ones, i.e. heavy focus on 8 NTS? Or will they be more signalling/area specific?

Were there several positions advertised within this? If so they may have drawn up an initial list of people for interview - depending on how they go, you may get an interview later if they don't find the right person/people.

Copy and Paste into a word document, then you can do the same into the new application...and improve the answers as and when you see fit.

Thanks to you both. Depending on how much the Sunday working/extra cash matters to you both, would you say a relief is generally better off? May be difficult to assess due to the extra % you'd receive. And how do you find the relative short notice of shift/location - worth it?
