HS2 Station for Manchester Airport?
A reason for making the HS2 stop at Manchester Airport instead of taking HS2 to the city centre is that it is an awful lot cheaper. The stopping line can cross the airport underground in a tunnel (after all, trains that stop will not be going very fast) with the station located wherever is...- Holly
