Don't let statistics like this discourage you from applying. A well-researched and executed application form submission will immediately set you apart from the competition.

Sorry if this is a rather naïve question, but perhaps those that have been offered a role will know the answer: For the current Gillingham GTR recruitment, which routes do you expect to be signing, and using what traction?

Surely these guys will be needed by whichever franchisee does ultimately run these routes??
