Hi everyone, I've just sent the email with all the documents.
I was lucky and this morning my GP gave me a letter confirming my severe depression, anxiety since 2002! And I thought I've only been sick for 10 years :-( but anyway it's my confused mind...
I asked in writing for receipt...
Thank you and will do! But I am actually planning to send it today early afternoon. Any last comments on my apology letter?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please accept my sincerest apologies for failing to produce a valid ticket. As an honest and law abiding citizen I feel deeply ashamed of...
Ok, I’m losing my mind now! It this version ok?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please accept my sincerest apologies for failing to produce a valid ticket. As an honest and law abiding citizen I feel deeply ashamed of falling foul of the law and I take full responsibility for my actions, and I...
Good idea, but they've gone home now or are on the way and I'm seeing my GP tomorrow - hopefully in the morning - so if I'm lucky I'll send all the docs together.
"failing to produce a valid ticket, pass or photocard for your journey on the London Underground"
If I deny - they talk about TFL fare evasion offence and that a mistake or accident is not a defence. The fact that you were on a TFL service without a vaid ticket or pass is normally sufficient...
So, I saw the nurse who told me to write an official letter to my GP requesting the statement of my diseases, the duration and the medication and pay about £30 – that’s ok.
Apparently they have a process for that that might take up to a week and I need to send my apology letter this Wednesday...
Thank you so much for pointing it out!
I did NOT intend to use the freedom pass but my own card. I was not aware that I had 2 cases in my bag and I just took the first one (the cases where the same or very similar) Yes I touched the 'case' and the card was inside so I didn't see which one it...
Guys, thank you so much for all your comments and help! I appreciate it a lot. I am now getting ready to see the nurse and see what she will say. I will keep you updated!
And a really silly question but I need to be 100%! As per below, they say to return everything in writing, by email… ALTERNATIVELY by post.
So an email with all the attachments is enough, right? Or should I also send all the documents by post in case it might help my case? Or it doesn’t really...
So no one really likes my offer to do some social work and apologise to the taxpayers? May I know why? But just out of curiosity as you are the experts so I deleted it.
I am seeing a nurse at 3 today to ask for the documents of my depression and I’m hoping she won’t refer me to my doctor who is...
Thank you and thank you all for your help! Here is the latest edit, what do you think?
Please accept my sincerest apologies for what I have done regarding the TFL fare evasion offence. I deeply regret my actions, I accept that I was in the wrong and I promise that I will never do it again. As...
how about this? It's less than a page:
Dear Sir/Madame,
Please accept my sincerest apologies for what I have done regarding the TFL fare evasion offence. I deeply regret my actions, I accept that I was in the wrong and I promise that I will never do it again. As an honest and law abiding...
Because this is when I felt sick, not nervous or scared. I was answering questions for a long time and then I heard 'caution' and it simply hit me and this is how I know. Depression doesn't mean I am totally cuckoo. Usually you are clear on big facts - like I am in huge trouble now, but smaller...
