Can anyone explain how this bus has run for so long without a fleetnumber, as I would of thought for it to have had any maintainence it would have needed to be charged to a bus for which it would need a fleetnimber to go into the system.

If they are anything like the ones in Plymouth they probably knackered. 48210 has a different seating layout so may also be non-compliant

Most of the crap in Plymouth is DDA compliant only 42724 & 42463 are not as far as I am aware.
