No problem at all :) I'm using Paint 3D on Windows 11. I downloaded an image (rcv3.gif (1653×2941) (southtpe.co.uk)), then drew with the pen tool. You could also use the fill tool and the pencil tool, but my laptop is touchscreen so this method was easier :)
