I passed the DMI with metro back in November. Didn't get chosen to be sent for psychometrics but told I'd be kept in a pool. Does anyone know how long metro keep people in this pool for before having to start the process over again?
Hi mark did you chase them up about this at the time? I know someone who got a job with northern at the back end of 2018 /start of 2019 and everything was left scarily last minute like contracts etc and he had to do some chasing for it.
Did they only interview people who already had test passes ? Have heard it but not sure if it was true. I haven't done any tests yet but still not had a no from them since I applied in December
Make sure you tailor your application form to the job advertised. You need to match your skills to the qualities they are looking for. Some of the big skills are around safety, communicating, staying calm under pressure/in emergencies, ability to learn lots of information, customer service...

From what I can remember as soon as you submitted the application you could do the online tests. The application and both tests were lumped together as phase 1.
