Today is the one year anniversary of the first RMT strike in this dispute. A year ago few predicted that the dispute would still be rumbling along a year later. Will the RMT be celebrating this one year anniversary?

I think that the point is that this strike is protected action for employees who are RMT members (and for employees who are not in any union) but it is not protected action for employees who are members of other unions.

They seem to have gone rather quiet.
