You couldn’t be more wrong. There’s 3 courses. AB, NX, IECC. It depends on what your location has, however in extreme circumstances you may be moved to a course that is different as such. For example, NX could do an AB course with a conversion at the end.

No. Because then you’d tell that what they want to hear rather than what you’d really do. The questions will be something like ‘tell me a time when you’ve had to work under a pressure’ or ‘tell me about a time when you’ve had to make a decision without prior planning’. Things like that.

Just checked my emails for the most current offer from Feb talks... SE allowance for all future new employees as of 1st Jan 2020. Been changed to next year which is good :)

Different locations have different arrangements for Christmas working. Assume your location is open every day of the year, and if your base roster shifts fall over Christmas, then be expected to work it. Pay scale varies depending on what holiday it is, Christmas/Boxing/New years day etc.

May be worth checking as I got my SE allowance when training, also in York however that was back in 2017 and they may have changed the rules?

Depends where your work location is. However the pay deal that’s been offered means no more SE allowance for any new employees. This being said you may not get it at all.

Nothing new as such, just increase current rates by 3.2% and removal of south east allowance for all new starters and promotions.

Nope, uncovered Sunday’s are offered to relief before residents. Any RDW during the week (Monday - Saturday) are offered to residents first.

Where I am, the chances of getting a RDW on Sunday are almost zero, you get your booked ones but anything else and the relief have hoovered them up lol.

That’s correct. As you’re shift starts on the 24th then you miss out I believe. This is the same for ANY night shift on into a bank holiday. However, if you’re working a night shift ON a bank holiday into a normal day (1900-0700, or 2300-0700), always take the LROP, as you ARE entitled to a comp...
