Higher english today was horrific! The close reading part was about the countryside :(, but the essay questions were quite good - Managed Hamlet and Shooting Stars (poem)
Whoops - Glasgow Central - Kings Cross is just as easy, wasn't thinking when i wrote that :P
Id rather take Virgin trains because its nearer the hostel and the train is quicker with only 2 calling points, Suppose I can ask next time i'm at the travel centre. Im trying to make the whole thing as...
I'm only looking at singles just now because its possible we may be flying back (it seems to work out cheaper to fly back than take the train :|)
If the worst comes to the worst and theres no value advances, would Nxec from Edinburgh work out cheaper?
Good news! The YHA London Central will take us if we have a letter from parents
BUT - I was on the NR Site looking for Virgin value advanced tickets for a few weeks before since they only hold journeys for 12 weeks, and further on it's saying £101.90 whereas I was getting £18.50 beforehand! Is...
"Prices are for YHA and Hostelling International members. Non-members pay a supplement of GBP 3.00 per night (Adult) and GBP 1.50 (Under 18 ) on arrival. Families with children under the age of 5 will need to book a private room. Children aged 5-16 can only stay when accompanied by a parent...
Question for the well travelled among us: Is there any hostels in London that actually accept 16 year olds? The situation is Me + 4 friends want to go to London on the 27th June for 3 nights, but A lot of hostels are saying you need to be 18 or 16 with a letter, but then some are just saying no...
Oh no no this one could walk, but pretends hes embarassed to ask for money, which is his day job. He lurks about at the ticket machine before the escalators to Platform 14/15 but no doubt you could find him under that vile bridge as well.
New annoyance for tomorrow - I have to go to some girls...
No way! She showers in her garden im told, and i don't think she can talk :|
That junkie at Central is still annoying me though the cheek of him asking kids if they can give him money which is clearly for drugs.
Oh and we got no snow today either! i wanted some at least.
You have a Pm btw :)
I think I might know the one you're talking about. Have u seen Grandma Death that gets on at carmyle? the old woman with the blue coat that gets on at the back and moves to the front, she gets let on for nothing and just walks through the barrier checks, then steals papers. Shes annoying.
The cheeky conductor I keep getting that accuses my friend of being 16 when she actually is only 15! I think he needs to get a life, I wish thats all I had to worry about :\
New thing for today - Some junkie at Glasgow Central came up to my friend and I, asking for 75p to get to Blantyre, and my friend actually gave him £1 :O!! Then he asks for more so my friend gave him all his change. I hate junkies they're absolute scum!
