Thanks for all your replies and private messages. If I am offered a position from the talent pool this thread has certainly confirmed my position even more to accept it. I'm 32 with 14 years in the police so still have another 30 years work in me lol

I've past all the stages for WMT apart from my medical. Are there any ex police here who can give me an insight into if you regret your choice of leaving the force and how it relates to life in the force now your on the rail. Cheers

Research the company similar questions to MMI it was very relaxed to be fair

Afternoon Had my DMI with WMT today seemed to be ok fairly relaxed. How long after DMI did it take for the HR team to get in touch whether others were successful or not. I hate waiting after interviews as they are hard to judge how well you have done. Cheers
