I tried to rearrange mine but unfortunately I was unable to. The questions are as you expect them to be but I must have just been unlucky, I was asked some competency based questions that were not covered in any training or practice material I was practicing with.

You're right, I clearly wasn't thinking straight, just a little worried I guess as I have no clue what to expect.

No idea what to expect to be honest, there's no real guidance for telephone interviews for driver roles... I assume they will just be basic interview questions (tell me about yourself etc...) with some basic competency questions (when did you work well under pressure? etc...) thrown on top...

So this is just the MMI? Does you think this counts as the official MMI and after assessment days it will just be the DMI left to go? They are using an outsourced firm to conduct these interviews like TOCs usually do for the MMI...

I haven't done any previous OPC or psychometric tests before. This does seem a bit odd... so we have to do 3 interviews, 3 online assessments and then the full assessment days? Seems like a lot!

Just completed the next 2 assessments. Error Checking was fine, I also managed 32 questions. But like others, I found the Verbal Reasoning difficult, honestly no idea how that went. I haven't yet received an automated rejection email so I can only assume at this point the manual sifting begins...

Yeah, that's the same one we've all got. Don't let it get to you though mate, we win some, we lose some. If you get knocked back, don't dwell on it too much and move on to the next application!

This actually doesn't surprise me, the fail rate here did seem suspiciously high... Still, how did some people manage to pass?

There's no point. They offer no feedback so you'll never know where you're going wrong or what question is causing you to fail, so all you'll do is annoy yourself.

How did you get a 2nd attempt?
