Designers out there, which railway franchise logos do you think are the worst? And why? What would you do to make them look better, or even more modern?

Does anyone know of a mobile app or website which you can track certain fleet numbers along their journey? I'd except there is something out there that would do just that.
Just saw a LNWR train on the WCML near Whilton Marina in Northamptonshire. I thought they had their own line to run services on around here so they could stop at Long Buckby, why are they on the WCML today? Is it maintenance?

I have not seen one train going past today through the West Coast Main Line, near the Rugby to Milton Keynes Central area at Weedon Bec. Is it just me going crazy or is it a network problem? Thanks.
Again, I've seen some more strange trains here on the west coast mainline near Rugby. This time, a train that came past about 00:05 with tonnes of bright lights switched on, on the side. It was one car and very loud. It didn't look like a passenger train though. It's the second time in a row it...
Does anyone know how many Pendolinos have the new Avanti livery yet? I've only seen one or two so far. Also noticed that the Voyagers have a new livery too, it's quite basic.
I've been seeing some unusual trains on the WCML near Long Buckby and Rugby recently. I saw a Class 315 branded in Overground livery and just today, a Northern Class 323, also fully liveried without any loco at the front either, just moving on it's own. Does anyone know why these sort of rolling...
As HS2 mostly follows the same path as Avanti West Coast, what sort of relationship will the two operators have? Will HS2 be under Avanti West Coast branding and if not, who would be the operator for HS2?
I'm a regular user of Smartcards across the entire National Rail network, but the operator that serves where I live which is Avanti West Coast don't do them from what I know. Can you use other Smartcards with other TOCs or will I just have to put up with my paper tickets?
