The few times I've used a full size bike on a 755 it's been fine (Melton, Sheringham) and I'm a big fan of the FLIRTs - in my view the best regional train in the UK, and I wish it were the national standard. On London trips, my Brompton is no problem on a 745, and is actually a really good fit...
