I did the new assessment and no MC Test.

The new test is a bit strange but if you passed the old it shouldn't be a problem. Plenty if stuff on the site to help you through it. If you get a date and want advice let me know .

Yes it's the tests first but if you have a pass from another TOC or FOC it's straight to DM.

Don't be too sure , I posted application in November and didn't hear anything till April when I was invited to tests.

Got one in July .

If you still have problems print it and send by post.

Both of these FOC's are recruiting . Which one would you go for if you were able to pick one . Pros and cons please if you are in a position to comment .

For those starting on 6th May well done and good luck. Would anyone be able to confirm the training wage and how long the course takes . Is there a probation period before you get a drivers wage ? Thanks

If you look at the DB Shenker application they have a sample of the learning contract. Even though its a sample I'm guessing the real one is something along those lines. £52k paid back over 5 years.

Airline and private pilots are quite different. Piloting a small plane is much more hands on and more in line with the training for a train driver. You are in constant control and looking out , checking instruments and in general have to keep to rules, regulations and follow emergency...
