Thameslink Depot at Peterborough?

Here are some pictures of the new sidings at Peterborough which I believe are for Thameslink. Am I right? There's also a picture of the nearby Eastfield signal box. I've never understood the name of this box as it's on the west side of Peterborough.

Faster trains to London if Peterborough crossings shut
