It's probably testing similar abilities to the group bourdon test but in a different manner.
I'm pretty sure if you google 'checking test' you'll get the idea :)
You probably could, but I wouldn't recommend it..
There's an element of accuracy and speed needed, depends how good you are with a pad I guess.. best way to find out is to try the practice test with it and see if they can use it well enough...
LOL, it varied everytime I did it. Do it enough times and you start to remember where they are though (as they don't get shuffled). So doing it too much becomes self defeating.
I think my best was zero errors and 4 skipped.
My worst was about 6 errors, and similar skipped..
Problem with a...
It's possibly down to what I said previously in that this round of testing is an additional step they've added in the process due to the overwhelming response they've had.. basically using this online test to whittle down the pool prior to going for proper assessments.
So to ensure equality...
Oh well. that's done... in the hands of the gods now.
Can't recall any obvious mistakes, but definitely missed out on one or two.. pipped by the timer!

I haven't done the test (although I did just get an invite to do a 'checking' test).
It's possible this test is an additional step they've added to the process to whittle down the vast number of candidates quickly, and probably why it's altered since you doing it..
If I remember correctly from...
Aye I wouldn't worry.. if you're of a paranoid disposition then there's risks from taking either action..
But, legally speaking they shouldn't make any decisions based on a monitoring form, unless positive discrimination is a stated aim prior to selection start.
And contrary to that, being a...
I never include any information pertaining to age, other than a previous 10 year employment history.. and in this case a verification I was over 21y.o.
So as far as they're concerned up until this point I could be 26 or 66 :)
Whether that's a help or hindrance I couldn't tell you, but at...
I'll keep on mercilessly refreshing my e-mail then.. till I hear one way or t'other..
Though I'd rather not be a recipient.. the 25% discount is a nice touch..
If they have.. so far, they're not telling..
To be honest I imagine they'll do everyone at once in a one off e-mailshot once they have their compiled list of rejected names from the first phase sift..
