    Megatrain cancellation...

Would you care to describe exactly which offence of fraud you think it is, and outline the tests and supporting authorities that have lead you to conclude it is, indeed, fraud?

As I understand it the diesel engine isn't particularly powerful, so they may double them up when not on the juice simply to increase the power available.

No you haven't, you've just said a liberal cannot be patriotic. What do you think patriotism is?
  5. ralphchadkirk

Please explain why it is 'unliberal' to be patriotic.

You still haven't explained why it is, apparently "unliberal" to be patriotic (note, I mean truly patriotic rather than the way it has been hijacked by such organisations as the BNP and the EDL).

    Network Rail Open Data

Possibly Poggs. Due to not knowing what format the feed took, I assumed it was rather like the RTPPM feed where it would just get a list of the current TSRs. Is it only when the TSRs are implemented then? (This is on the All feed).

Caught by inspector in Manchester Victoria Station

Some questions: (a) Was there any other way you could have paid for your ticket at Salford Crescent (PTT, TVM etc)? (b) You tried to withdraw cash to pay for your ticket at Manchester Piccadily, but found that you had insufficient funds available? (c) Did you decide to exit the station without...

    Megatrain cancellation...

I'm afraid I don't. I agree with DaveNewcastle's analysis of it that the agreed terms do (whether we may like it or not) allow Megatrain to cancel tickets if something outside their control prevents the ticket being used.

    Megatrain cancellation...

I think that all the talk about the Advertising Standards Agency is a bit of a red herring. I can't see anything where they would either be able to take action, or even to investigate! We are discussing the finer points of the Contract between Megatrain and the Customer, of which I think has...

2 policewoman spoke to me In Edinburgh waverly

So you're not absolutely sure when you were told that you had 15 minutes left. In other words, you could have been told that at 9.55? So just being petty to the Police who had been shoved in a difficult situation as it was... (Oh, and not every word needs to be capitalised!)
