Would you care to describe exactly which offence of fraud you think it is, and outline the tests and supporting authorities that have lead you to conclude it is, indeed, fraud?
As I understand it the diesel engine isn't particularly powerful, so they may double them up when not on the juice simply to increase the power available.
You still haven't explained why it is, apparently "unliberal" to be patriotic (note, I mean truly patriotic rather than the way it has been hijacked by such organisations as the BNP and the EDL).

I'm afraid I don't. I agree with DaveNewcastle's analysis of it that the agreed terms do (whether we may like it or not) allow Megatrain to cancel tickets if something outside their control prevents the ticket being used.
I think that all the talk about the Advertising Standards Agency is a bit of a red herring. I can't see anything where they would either be able to take action, or even to investigate! We are discussing the finer points of the Contract between Megatrain and the Customer, of which I think has...
