Northern's social media policy criticised by Which?

Must admit if I ran a company Twitter feed and I had a customer regularly posting antagonist posts ... costing me money to deal with, I would block them to ... they don't have to use my service if they do not like it. If the service is so bad you need to regularly complain ... there are other...

    BiMode Hydrogen power?

London has just purchased 2 new hydrogen buses at ~£700k a pop. A equivalent diesel single is ~£130-140k. Even in London these can only be purchased after receiving environmental grants ... some of which come from EU. Fuel cells are not cheap!

Southern DOO: ASLEF members vote 79.1% for revised deal

So it seems my stance was correct and rail workers agree DOO is safe, they were just holding out for a big pile of dosh. Oh the abuse I got for suggesting that a few months ago ... we non-rail workers know nothing!

Derogation is for minor infringements, e.g. door buttons slightly outside the max/min height constraints ... it is certainly not for "oh we could not be bothered to meet the deadline"

If the journey times are reduced by 5 minutes as stated above, that is 5 minutes less no2 fumes to suck up for every vehicle ... sounds like a reduction to me.
